Das das ganze so langsam ist bzw. instabil läuft liegt wohl an der überarbeiteten System Struktur.

IM+, ÖBB Scotty und manchmal dict.cc stürzt bei mir auf 4.0 auch ab. Cydia & Co. wird da auch nicht besser sein.
